Anyone can front-run a Public Allocator move to make it revert, not only your allocators: the allocate leg fails if a destination cap fills first, and the deallocate leg fails once the source market's shares no longer cover the assets.
Relative caps scale with total assets, so a temporary deposit raises the exposure they permit. With the Public Allocator on, anyone could do this. Use absolute caps on markets you don't want concentrated.
